Keys Magazine 01/09 on Supershelter…
Keys, the legendary German recording magazine, wrote a review on my album, and even though they might not be the number 1 source for contemporary music, they are when it comes to music production and, as the name implies, keyboards, synthesizers and professional recording. Surprising for me, they wrote a review on my humble album, and not only did i get 10 out of 10 points for the music, i got 10/10 points for sound!!! And well, that really is of the greatest honors. Usually this most valued of all medals is reserved for productions from studios worth millions and millions of Euros… and well, as you might be able to imagine, that was not the kind of budget or environment I had when I made this record. So, i am flattered. Thanks!!! And also, thanks to Emanuel of Salz who did the mastering (and agreed to do the mastering over and over again three times because i was such a difficult, picky, and hard to satisfy “client”…).
